Delegates are accepted on this conference on the clear understanding that they and their school and/or LEA accept the following terms and conditions:

In the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled at short notice, the conference fee will be refunded in full. However, AWLED disclaims any further liability and in particular cannot be held liable for any travelling, accommodation or subsistence costs, or for any costs associated with supply cover incurred if the conference has to be cancelled.

Though highly unlikely, it may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of AWLED to change the content and timing of the programme, the speakers, the date or the venue.

A full refund will be given for cancellations received in writing more than 14 days before the start of the conference. After this date the full fee is payable. These terms will also apply to delegates who are unable to attend on the day of the conference for whatever reason.

In the event of a cancellation, please let us know as soon as possible. You may make substitutions at any time prior to the conference day. Please inform us of any changes as soon as possible.
